VIP Account Manager

What your role entails:
– Engaging with VIP clients through various channels, including phone communication.
– Resolving issues and addressing inquiries from VIP clients promptly and effectively.
– Ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients through consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
– Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with VIP clients to foster loyalty and retention.

Your success with us hinges on:
– Proficiency in written and verbal English at C1 level.
– Minimum 1 year of proven experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Loyalty Manager, or Customer Support Manager.
– A profound knowledge of and keen interest in sports.
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Adaptability and a propensity for continuous learning.
– Demonstrated responsibility, proactive learning, time-management, and communication abilities.
 Willingness to work night shifts, preferably exclusively.
